At Mill we are striving to build a better environment for all, as we take on climate and kitchen change.</div>About the Role:Mill’s Operations team is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Engineer  to automate and integrate  the company’s business data infrastructure.  This role is responsible for improving data integrity, reducing manual input, and creating controlled workflows in our Google Docs workspace.  You will work with key stakeholders across the company, from manufacturing and logistics to sales and finance.  You will be responsible for ensuring smooth data flow between systems and enabling visibility and accuracy of the data needed to make important decisions. Responsibilities: <ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Get requirements from key stakeholders on reports and workflows across various business systems, such as PLM, ERP, CRM, and our internal Google Docs</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Create and maintain scripts between Google, business systems, and internal data repositories (Snowflake) to:</li><ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Automate input from known data sources</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Reduce user input error when manual input is required</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Flag differences between versions of key business documents</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Alert approvers / watchers of documents of new data (via Slack)</li></ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Serve as main administrator for Mill’s Controlled Google workspace (AODocs), creating workflows, templates, and scripts to maintain critical business data</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Create and maintain documentation on the business system infrastructure and any scripts associated with data flow in these systems</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Generate reports as needed and train leaders in other departments on how to get and update these reports</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Train users on new workflows and applications as needed</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Future responsibilities may include factory and/or firmware test software development</li></ul>Skills/Experience Required: <ul><li style="font-weight:400;">Background in software development/engineering</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Strong capabilities in scripting using Python or Javascript</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience with SQL systems and/or Snowflake for data querying</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Familiarity with Operations business systems(PLM, CRM, ERP) especially Arena PLM, Netsuite ERP</li><li style="font-weight:400;">Strong communication and collaboration skills in order to both “pull” requirements and requests from users and “push” training and new workflows </li><li style="font-weight:400;">Experience in startup environment is highly desirable</li></ul>The estimated base salary range for this position is $130k to $175k, which does not include the any benefits or equity. Various factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
