About this role
The Project Quality Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily quality management activities on renewable energy project sites, ensuring compliance with Mulilo’s Quality Management System (QMS), and driving quality assurance and control at the project level. This role requires hands-on coordination, frequent site presence, and proactive engagement with suppliers, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality standards are upheld
- Execute daily quality assurance and control activities for ongoing projects, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to agreed quality standards.
- Monitor and document quality performance across all project phases.
- Support the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) on project sites.
- Assist in the development and execution of quality plans and procedures.
- Conduct site-level quality audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement.
- Maintain quality records and ensure proper reporting to the Quality Manager.
- Facilitate resolution of non-conformances and track corrective actions.
- Ensure proper inspection of materials, equipment, and completed work.
- Act as a key point of contact for site-level quality issues and escalate major concerns to the Quality Manager.
- Promote quality awareness and training for on-site personnel and contractors
Required skills and education background
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferably in renewable energy or construction.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards and Construction Quality.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams and stakeholders

Additional Information
Able to work overtime according to operational needs.
