About the job:

EIT Urban Mobility is looking for a talented, proactive, structured, and detail-oriented intern to support our Prague regional office and engage with innovation-focused tasks and projects.

This is a great part-time opportunity for individuals with a passion for innovation and urban mobility, as well as IT administration, business analytics and project management. Proven experience with MS Office 365 and MS Excel is an advantage. You should also have excellent written and spoken English communication skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude. 

This internship offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career within a multinational organisation and gain valuable experience in an innovation-driven environment. 

Be part of our team where you will: 

• Provide hands-on support for EIT Urban Mobility projects through administrative and organisational tasks. 

• Assist with project monitoring and communication with project leaders and consortium partners. 

• Support various tasks within the Innovation Hub East. 

• Contribute to the development of new projects. 

• Actively participate in building the innovation pipeline. 

• Assist with reporting tasks and related administrative duties.

Must-Have:

• You are a proactive individual. 

• You are not afraid to pick up the phone and make calls. 

• You can create well-structured presentations. 

• You can efficiently collect and organise information. 

• You are a precise and detail-oriented person. 

• You can communicate fluently in English (C1). 

Nice-To-Have:

• Fluency in any of the following languages: Czech, Hungarian, Polish or Slovak.
