Responsibilities:
- Assist in controlling and organizing documents and files.
- Support in scheduling and organizing meetings, events, and appointments.
- Help with purchasing processes, inventory control, and distribution of materials.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
- Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets in Excel.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and organizational ability.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
