The Opportunity

You鈥檒l ensure compliance with company policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), and legal regulations, while driving efficiency and accuracy in our timekeeping processes. How You鈥檒l Make an Impact

  • Analyze current timekeeping processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement best practices for time and attendance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with CBAs, local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and operational teams for cohesive operations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Time & Attendance inquiries.
  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for staff.
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Time & Attendance systems.
  • Integrate time and attendance systems with payroll and other HR applications.

Your Background

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in time and attendance systems management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance issues.
  • Experience working with unions and CBAs is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in time and attendance software (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Manager).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
