What you’ll do:
Represents the company in all activities associated with accounts/customer support
Prospecting Focus Accounts in the North American Nuclear Energy Market, Key Account Management and New Business Development.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, operations, and logistics.
Track all sales contacts, meetings, opportunities, proposals, and orders
Developing and executing an annual territory sales plan
Partnering with the operations and logistics teams to ensure efficient mobilizations
Expand and maintain the customer network through regular sales calls, while assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions
Prepare and present proposals for products and services
Service accounts through the full payment by the customer and completion of the services rendered
Assist in identifying market potential, establishing pricing and market strategies by market research or study
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
5 to 10 years of direct Nuclear or Renewable Energy or Technical sales experience
Entrepreneurial Mindset
Knowledge and understanding of the nuclear industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on Teams
Experience in effectively managing and expanding territories, indicating strategic planning and execution abilities
Possess a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, and oil free air compressors, contributing to informed sales discussions
Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce, enabling efficient customer relationship management and sales tracking
Good knowledge of market sectors and competitive activities
Ability to travel as needed
Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in the field
Project Commissioning / Project Management Experience a plus
