Clean Crop Technologies, Inc.   • Design key components and systems to be used in upcoming prototypes or related R&D facilities.
  • Work with fabrication team to cut, print and assemble any relevant components
  • Manage CAD designs, FEA and support design leads on BOM, inventory and procurements related to upcoming builds
  • Conduct independent research projects related to sub-assembly optimization and origination of key product requirements.
  • Procurement management for product team – ensure short lead-times, competitive bids and work flows are managed on a daily, weekly and long-term basis.
  • Provide strategic and creative solutions to the product development team.
  • Support the upkeep and management of workshop and fabrication space.
  • Provide support to operation team on various procurements, inventory mgmt. and cost saving within R&D.
  • Ensure all facilities meet company protocols for worker safety and quality control during prototype design and builds

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Electrical Engineering, or Physics
  • Fluent or high aptitude for CAD/CAM design software (Autodesk, Solidworks preferred)
  • Demonstrated strong mechanical and problem-solving skills and ability to design mechanical components that meet required specifications.
  • Proficient in MS Office solutions and comfortable presenting data, and technical review docs during meetings with internal & external parties.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Hard working, goal oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast pace work environment
  • Creative, problem solving mindset – outspoken team player
  • Must be able to lift boxes and materials up to 50lbs
  • Valid drivers license preferred
