You Will:

    • Responsible for coordinating all safety training and skills development for the maintenance team under their control.
    • Reinforces compliance with LOTO and other safety programs including audits and observation tours.
    • Writes and revises job classification specifications.
    • Participates in hiring process of maintenance.
    • Act as Maintenance Manager when circumstances warrant.
    • Understanding with CMMS systems to implement a TPM/RCM strategy.
    • Track budgets and report on Maintenance costs, PM effectiveness, labor hours and operating budgets.
    • Coordinate repairs to and/or troubleshoot process equipment.
    • Plan and schedule downtime maintenance activities for condition-based repairs and Preventative and Predictive Maintenance strategies.
    • Ensure all process equipment is maintain per the OEM manufacturers' recommendations.
    • Coordinate spare parts and tools across shifts.
    • Coordinate and lead maintenance strategies.
    • Coordinate equipment installations between plant technicians and installation contractors.
    • Coordinate and align teams for impeccable shift turnover and shutdown work plan.
    • Develops projects that will support continuous improvement and increase production line efficiencies.
    • Time and Data management for all teams to ensure compliance and KPI alignment.
    • May Supervise Maintenance technicians and supervisors across multiple shifts.

 

 

You Bring:

    • 5+ year proven experience leadership experience in maintenance and/or automation. Supervisor and/or manager.
    • 5+ years of Maintenance experience (facilities, electrical, mechanical, and automated equipment) that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
    • 2+ years proven experience in project management and budgeting.
    • Current knowledge of effective Asset Management programs such as Fiix, SAP or CMMS 
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Proficient in data analytics, interpreting dashboards and statistics.
    • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of training and program management best practices.
    • Strong presentation skills & ability to lead a maintenance team autonomously.
    • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
    • BS in STEM field OR equivalent experience.
    • Willingness and flexibility to work off shifts and weekends as needed.
    • Preferred certifications are a plus:
      • Six sigma (+green belt)
      • Data analytics.
      • Electronic instrumentation.
      • RCM (Reliability centered maintenance)
      • TPM (Total production maintenance)
