  • Develop and manage internal reporting systems for environmental performance tracking, with an emphasis on air quality compliance across EMEA sites.
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies related to environmental compliance, particularly concerning air quality and emissions.
  • Conduct comprehensive environmental risk assessments and audits, identifying potential non-compliance issues and developing mitigation plans.
  • Provide expert recommendations to improve environmental processes, focusing on risk reduction in air emissions and air quality management.
  • Mentor and lead environmental compliance teams across the region, providing guidance on best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs focused on environmental compliance, air quality, and emissions management for staff at all levels.
  • Facilitate the development of a compliance culture through internal communications and ongoing education on air quality and environmental management issues.
  • Work closely with operational, health & safety, legal, and sustainability teams to ensure environmental compliance is integrated into daily operations and long-term projects.
  • Act as the principal point of contact with regulatory authorities, providing expert advice and building strong relationships to ensure a proactive and collaborative approach to environmental compliance.
  • Lead the development and execution of sustainability initiatives across the EMEA region, focusing on air emissions reduction, carbon footprint management, and waste minimization.
  • Support the implementation of corporate sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies, with an emphasis on air quality management and emissions reduction.

You Bring:
