You’ll help us keep our systems up and running smoothly and ensure that everyone has the tools they need to succeed. Sounds awesome, right? 😎 The Roles You’d Take On<ul><li>Doctor: Install and maintain computer systems;</li><li>Firefighter: Put out the fires of internet and network access issues;</li><li>Genie: Grant wishes by providing printing and meeting room equipment support;</li><li>Therapist: Meet with staff to provide one-on-one technical assistance as needed;</li><li>Librarian: Help maintain the team’s knowledge base and documentation on Confluence &amp; Intranet;</li><li>Fairy godparent: Ensure that every new hire has all the equipment and access they need to succeed;</li><li>Gatekeeper: Manage user accounts, access privileges and secure our environment;</li><li>Detective: Determine causes of malfunctions through evaluation, testing, and resolution;</li><li>Teacher: Train staff on software and hardware use;</li><li>Wizard: Help make the daily issues/tickets coming in, disappear;</li><li>Sheriff: Enforce IT policies and ensure compliance with security protocols.</li><li>Inventor: Automate manual processes to save time and make IT magic happen behind the scenes.</li></ul> The gear you need<ul><li>Studying an IT-related field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development;</li><li>Currently living in Amsterdam or the surrounding areas to work at our HQ;</li><li>Available for 6 months, starting ASAP;</li><li>Ready to work full-time (40 hours per week);</li><li>Independent, organised, and good communicator;</li><li>Proactive and hands-on mentality;</li><li>Fluent in English.</li></ul>Benefits for a smooth ride<ul><li>Your own Swapfiets (lend-lease) 🚲;</li><li>Work Laptop;</li><li>Competitive compensation of €500 per month (based on 40 hours);</li><li>Lots of responsibility, challenging work, and freedom;</li><li>Ambitious, young and enthusiastic colleagues within an international environment;</li><li>Swapfiets grows with pace, an internship with us could be a nice start to an exciting Swapfiets career!</li></ul> So, what are you waiting for? Swapfiets has a classic origin. A group of friends who have a good idea and are going to try it out. You receive a Swapfiets for a fixed amount per month and we ensure that your Swapfiets always works.

It turned out to be a very good concept. After a period of refurbishing bicycles, Swapfiets has come to the point that it has designed its own bicycle and that the service is going to more and more cities.

The iconic blue front tire is mounted on all bikes. This way it is always clear which Swapfiets bicycles are and who all belong to the family.

In the meantime, more and more people are discovering the convenience that Swapfiets brings. Great service, made simple.
