Responsibilities:
- Be an active and trusted member of the Risk, Compliance and Contract Management Team of the Freudenberg Chemical Specialities Business Group
- Working in a supportive and interdisciplinary team with a broad and varied mix of tasks; the initiative for further training is welcomed
- Contract Management with the responsibility for the daily operation and further development of the business group's contract management system (primarily process support, creating standards, coordinating contract samples with Legal, training; no legal advice)
- Data protection with the responsibility to cooperate with the external data protection officer and to run the daily international data protection management system of the business group (operational data protection advice is ensured by an external data protection officer)
- Risk Management with the responsibility for the daily operation of the enterprise risk management of the business group (primarily annual risk assessment, ad-hoc risk assessment, performing risk simulations, reporting, training)
- Central contact person in the business group for the responsible topics
- Design, organize and conduct process training and workshops
- Coordinate and closely coordinate with all five business units and the parent company's related functions (legal, risk and data protection)
Qualifications:
- Business degree, business law degree or related studies
- Generalist with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a commercial enterprise or relevant experience from a law firm.
- Skills and practical experience in the topics contract management and data protection (risk management experience a plus)
- Ability to think analytically, quickly identify complex facts
- Acting independently, committed and conscientiously
- Interested in further developing and constantly improving process and systems, affinity to new / advances technologies a plus
- Strong personal sovereignty, taking responsibility & ownership, and the ability to think conceptually
- Fluent in English, German language skills a plus
