Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and mentoring to set-ups. Desingn the process required to meet customer requirements. The incumbent also manage and implement the engineering activities on plant's new projects to meeting the APQP and PPAP activities assigned.
• Provides support in automation, programming and management activities roloots/cobots.
• Search and implement automation projects to improve process effectiveness
• Established the production standard methods  for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main).
• Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the established standard.
• Develops and maintains updated the necesary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, electrical engineering or similar.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in designing and commission assembly equipment and project management.
• CAD Sofware skills (AutoCad, Catia, ect)
• PLC programming Skills
• Know how in manufacturing engineering and processes (Assembly, hydraulic, pneumatic, electric and automation)
