To reach our goal, we are looking for a highly driven and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our four Customer Care Representatives in Sweden and Germany, to support our Swedish and German customers with all types of enquiries when using our products and services. As a Customer Care Representative at Qwello, you are responsible for ensuring that our customers feel looked after 24/7. You live our core value "Customer First" and are the first point of contact for customer inquiries of all kinds. You make sure that we constantly improve our product and our support processes with the help of customer feedback. You will also reliably oversee operative back office tasks such as social media management, market research or newsletter design to ensure that our customers are always optimally cared for.


Your Responsibilities 🚀

  • Respond promptly to customer queries in a timely and professional manner via phone or email
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features 
  • Analyse and report malfunctions while at the same time solve problems and streamlining the process recurring enquiries
  • Work in close collaboration with our global customer service team
  • Solving problems and streamlining processes
  • Proactively share knowledge and experience with the team

Your Profile ✨

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Customer Care Representative
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Solid experience with customer service platforms and tools
  • A make-it-happen attitude, helping the team to deliver on changing the world from combustion to electric
  • Ability to self-organise in an environment of changing priorities; willingness to work on multiple tasks/content switching
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally fluency in English, Swedish and German is required, any additional language knowledge is a plus
  • Availability to cover 24/7 on call duty
