As our People Business Partner, you’ll be supporting our Sales, Operations, and Installations teams, helping them navigate the day-to-day challenges of leading teams in a fast-growing company. If you have deep knowledge of Dutch labor law, enjoy coaching managers, and like a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on support, we’d love to meet you. 🌱

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the trusted HR partner for our managers – whether it’s handling performance conversations, advising on Dutch labor law, or helping them build stronger teams, you’ll be their go-to person.

  • Turn feedback into action – You’ll own our employee engagement survey, making sure it leads to real improvements instead of just reports.

  • Help people grow – You’ll work with our Learning & Development team to ensure that career growth isn’t just a buzzword but something our people actually experience.

  • Keep things running smoothly – You’ll make sure our HR policies and practices aren’t just compliant but actually work for our people.

  • Support employees through key moments – Whether it’s a promotion, a conflict, or a difficult decision, you’ll be there to provide guidance and clarity.

  • Stay ahead of changes in labor law and collective agreements – and make sure Quatt is always one step ahead.

What you bring:

🔹 2-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, or a similar role.
🔹 Deep knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience with collective labor agreements.
🔹 Proactive mindset – you see opportunities instead of obstacles and know when to ask for help.
🔹 Excellent organizational skills – you can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
🔹 Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
