The Paralegal will be an integral part of the Legal Department, providing substantive support for, and independent work on, a range of matters including general civil litigation; corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions; and legal operations issues. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional and self-starter with a range of experience in one or more of the Department’s primary practice areas: Real Estate, Mergers &amp; Acquisitions, Labor &amp; Employment, Commercial Contracts, Litigation, SEC and Corporate Governance, and Privacy. The ideal candidate will also have a combination of private practice, government, and in-house experience.
