The incumbent plays a key role in designing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on experience with Kubernetes and OpenShift, and a passion for automation and operational excellence.The Lead Engineer – Infrastructure reports into the Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Architects, implements, and manages containerized workloads using Kubernetes and OpenShift across hybrid cloud environments.</li><li>Leads cloud infrastructure initiatives in AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, performance, and cost optimization.</li><li>Develops and maintains infrastructure automation and CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.</li><li>Implements and manages monitoring and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack to ensure platform health and performance.</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements.</li><li>Defines and enforces operational standards, availability metrics, and performance baselines for infrastructure platforms.</li><li>Conducts root cause analysis and risk mitigation for infrastructure-related incidents and vulnerabilities.</li><li>Provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning. </li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience.
