Bids/Proposals Manager – Rail & Metro
The Role:
We are seeking a Bids/Proposals Manager – Rail & Metro to lead and manage high-value rail sector proposals. This role involves preparing competitive bids, engaging key stakeholders, and driving strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the bid development process for major rail projects, ensuring high-quality submissions
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop winning strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to strengthen proposal competitiveness
- Ensure timely and compliant proposal submissions
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, private clients, and industry partners
Requirements:
- Experience in bid/proposal management within the rail sector
- Strong understanding of rail project lifecycles and procurement processes
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create compelling proposals
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and project management skills
