Why you will Love this role?

At ICEYE, we’re revolutionizing satellite imaging; everyone has a part to play.  In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and fixing problems as they arise.  From working with vendors to providing our internal documentation is up to date, you will help make the office a place where we succeed! 

What will you do in this role?

  • Ensure office spaces' daily maintenance and cleanliness in cooperation with the cleaning and facilities teams.
  • Coordinate and document minor repairs and maintenance tasks/requests
  • Manage office and kitchen supplies and equipment inventory in cooperation with Reception and Cleaning teams
  • Assisted in organizing office moves and setup documentation; updated layouts.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as updating internal information web pages, contract management, and subcontractor communication.

Requirements

Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications or coursework in facility management or maintenance is seen as a plus)
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order, liaising with subcontractors where appropriate to coordinate large-item moves
  • Ability to both work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Finnish language skills, as you will be communicating with vendors; B2 needed
  • English language skills (our working language is English)
  • Technical skills: understanding technical repair/maintenance/fit-out requests and forwarding them to vendors
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Bonus points for:

  • Photoshop knowledge (basic), as you will update floor plan layout changes
  • Previous experience with office operations
  • Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours for special projects or emergencies
