Let us describe the challenge we offer

To further ensure the growth of our remarketing business, we are looking for a Remarketing Sales Coordinator. As a dealmaker, on the one hand, you will sell our used cars through D2C and wholesale channels. On the other hand, you will also be responsible for an efficient and cost-conscious management of your passive fleet. You ensure an optimal stock rotation so that the potential can be maximized.

What you'll do

Stock Management & Passive Fleet Oversight:

  • Lead the lean defleet process, working closely with external partners to maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee passive fleet stock management in collaboration with Belcar, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Continuously monitor stock levels, pricing, and the health of the fleet to ensure a balanced mix and rotation of cars.

Wholesales Management:

  • Organize and manage sales auctions targeting investors, traders, internal associates, and Polestar service partners.
  • Follow up on closed wholesale deals, including administrative tasks such as transport coordination and document management (keys, contracts, etc.).

D2C Retail Sales Operations:

  • Manage and steer the operational aspects of D2C sales, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with external partners involved in refurbishment and photography of vehicles for retail.
  • Manage the online presence and sales offers on platforms such as PRT, Autoscout24, and others.
  • Implement tactical actions and strategies for D2C sales, working with partners such as KBC, TotalEnergies, etc.
  • Monitor and ensure seamless handovers of vehicles to investors and clients in the D2C sector, ensuring a smooth process from transaction to delivery.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in fleet management or stock management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of defleet processes, wholesales, and D2C sales operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in monitoring pricing, stock levels, and sales performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with external service partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to drive cost-effective solutions and process improvements in collaboration with external stakeholders.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
