RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead operations and maintenance to ensure adherence to safety and utility best practices
• Coordinate maintenance, performance, and warranty work for turbines and the overall plant operation
• Manage maintenance schedules, outages, and unexpected maintenance needs
• Administer contracts and oversee on-site contractor activities
• Maintain local public and landowner relations, addressing community concerns
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Oversee the use of predictive maintenance systems and asset management systems such as SCADA
• Report wind farm performance, turbine performance, and maintenance issues to management
• Participate in quarterly asset reviews for each development region (globally)
• Ensure effective budget planning and cost control for plant operations
• Monitor and analyze performance, downtime, and availability metrics
• Investigate turbine failures and liaise with OEMs and contractors to ensure safe and effective resolution
