Transportation Project Manager

AECOM’s Phoenix, AZ Transportation group is actively seeking a highly motivated experienced Project Manager with experience in railway, roadway, highway, and/or civil site design. This role will be part of an established Transportation engineering group and will work with a broad variety of transportation clients and projects throughout AECOM’s Southwest Region.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Work with the local management to develop and execute project pursuits and delivery
• Manage transportation projects including railway, roadway, highway, and civil site design
• Develop and execute project pursuits, including strategy formulation and resource identification
• Formulate and execute project opportunity capture strategies, including teaming and positioning for strategic pursuits and identification of required staff resources to win and effectively deliver projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with external and internal clients
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure effective design and plan development
• Demonstrate excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills
• Promote AECOM's values as a visible leader and trusted advisor to clients
