Responsibilities:

coordination IC-media SAP-entities and non SAP entities
planning based on MTO / MTS strategies
target monitoring / KPI
shipping coordination
creation of order lines and maintenance of MRP vies in SAP
management of escalation in case of backlog
order management (order creation returns & claims)

Qualifications:

professional experience in logistics and procurement as well as experience in customer service desirable
knowledge about SAP R/3, especially Modules MM / SD
good English or German language skills

MS-Office
customer orientation
independent and team-oriented way of working
sense of responsibility and meticulousness
initiative and forward thinking
analytical ability to think and act
