Cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure data and process strategies align with organizational goals.
Technology Adoption and Improvement: Assisting in the adoption of new technologies and systems to improve data processing and analysis.
Employee development: Training and development of team members to continuously expand their skills and knowledge.
Studies: Degree in business administration, computer science or a related field.
Experience: Several years of experience in the field of data and process management, ideally in an industrial environment.
Language skills: Fluent in German and English. Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
Skills required to be successful in the position:
Sound knowledge of the use of MS Office tools, SAP, CRM and BI software
Experience in cross-functional project management
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
