Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Innovation: Leading and developing the Data & Process Management team to promote innovative solutions.

• Process analysis and optimization: Analysis and optimization of existing business processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Data quality assurance: Implement and monitor data quality standards to ensure the highest level of data integrity.

• Cross-departmental collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure data and process strategies align with organizational goals.

• Technology Adoption and Improvement: Assisting in the adoption of new technologies and systems to improve data processing and analysis.

• Employee development: Training and development of team members to continuously expand their skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Studies: Degree in business administration, computer science or a related field.

Experience: Several years of experience in the field of data and process management, ideally in an industrial environment.

Language skills: Fluent in German and English. Willingness to travel (up to 20%).

Skills required to be successful in the position:

• Sound knowledge of the use of MS Office tools, SAP, CRM and BI software

• Experience in cross-functional project management

• Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
