We are seeking a passionate, energetic and knowledgeable Early Careers Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Vaughan Ontario office.

The Early Careers Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and managing our co-op/internship and new graduate programs while also being the primary point of contact for the end-to-end recruitment process. This individual will be comfortable with managing the hiring cycles for students (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters) as well as acting as the primary point of contact for our students during their time with us. You will have the opportunity to make your mark as we build the early talent space across the organization.



 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management: Manage co-op, internship and new graduate development programs, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for participants. Act as the primary point of contact for program participants with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, feedback and student experience.  

Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and informative candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes, including regular communication and feedback. 

Business Engagement: Proactively partner with the business to understand current and future early talent needs.

Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all business groups.  

Employer Branding: Promote the company鈥檚 values and culture to potential candidates through employer branding initiatives, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions.

Recruitment Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to attract early talent across various channels such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and university partnerships.

Talent Sourcing: Actively research and identify top universities, colleges, and other educational institutions for building a pipeline of early-career talent.

Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment efforts and early talent program success through data analytics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and program management   focused on early talent and campus recruitment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking abilities to establish connections with universities, colleges, students and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage complex recruitment processes and documentation with a high level of accuracy.
  • A genuine interest in nurturing early talent and fostering an inclusive, diverse, and growth-oriented work environment.
