Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant/Office Manager to coordinate and manage our Northbridge Corporate office.

In this role, you will provide general administrative support and be responsible for the coordination and organisation of the regional corporate office.

You will ensure that the day-to-day operations are well organised and efficient.

Some of your key accountabilities will include:

  • Providing PA support to Senior Management
  • Managing diaries and preparing Senior Management for meetings
  • Reconciling Corporate Credit Cards
  • Manage and coordinate events for the Senior Management Team including the preparation of presentation material
  • Coordinating travel arrangements
  • Assisting the bid team with coordinating meetings with external stakeholders and presentation material
  • Managing and coordinating general office requirements, building cleaning, security protocols and maintenance
  • Answering employee queries regarding office management issues
  • Actively participating in the onboarding on new staff members
  • Managing corporate office meeting rooms and internal meetings/work shops
  • Assisting the Project Team as required with any administration issues regarding the day-to-day operations of the corporate office
  • Assisting the Regional Executive Assistant as and when required

Required Skills and Competencies

Experience you will need to have:

  • Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Products
  • Highly organised with exceptional time management and planning abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to maintain effective communication with all levels of the organisation
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a challenging and dynamic industry

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience working in a corporate office environment in office administration or team assistant capacity. You will be a team player and will also possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.

One of the qualities that we value most is your strong sense of initiative. You don't wait for instructions or directions, but you proactively look for opportunities to improve the situation and solve problems. You have demonstrated this skill in various projects and tasks, where you took the lead and delivered outstanding results.
