Job Description
Job Summary:
Plans, creates and maintains integrated master schedules. Serves as a liaison between program management, and business office, as well as manufacturing, to manage program schedules. Performs the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of one or more basic programs or projects in accordance with contract requirements. At this level, tasks and assignments tend to be routine, general but may involve complex and/or non-routine assignments and duties are performed under limited supervision.

Education and/or Experience
Associate's degree (AA / AS / AAS) from two-year college or university in a related field and minimum of 5 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret various business documents, contracts, statements of work, technical procedures and government regulations. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and response to questions before or employees of organization. Good written and verbal communication skills.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as profitability, application of overhead rates, return on sales, discounts, probabilities, percentages, etc.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a general knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP Software.
