Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
As an Integration Manager, you will:
Partner with global customers to scope, plan, and implement our enterprise solutions, system-to-system integrations and drive the customer onboarding process.
Lead customer workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementations and long-term value creation.
Collaborate with internal teams (Product Management, Sales, Support, and R&D) to deliver successful projects and ensure alignment with customer goals.
Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs, IT environments, and system requirements to set up effective integrations between our solutions and customer CMMS/EAM/ERP systems.
Act as a technical integration expert, supporting sales efforts by providing technical insights during the sales cycle and customer visits.
Build extensive expertise in sensor integration, data flows, and creating structures that maximize customer value.
Work closely with product managers to refine our offerings and develop additional integration solutions and packages.
Support cross-functional teams to improve documentation, support materials, training resources, and communication strategies.
Create and maintain a network of experts on other CMMS/EAM systems, contributing to future product enhancements and customer projects.
Benchmark competitive solutions and provide insights to product management for market-driven innovation.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in setting up system-to-system integrations through APIs, system configurations, customizations, or middleware.
Excellent technical skills in system integrations and data management, with a strong understanding of cloud hosting options (multi-tenant, single-tenant, and on-prem).
A background in Software as a Service (SaaS) is highly desirable.
Outstanding customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to all levels of an organization.
Strong project management skills, ensuring efficient and professional customer implementation processes.
Flexibility to travel internationally, accounting for 20-50% of your time.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively within our global organization as well as our international customers and teams.
