We are looking for a talented and passionate Brand and Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute the company's brand strategy, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials and customer touchpoints. This role also oversees the content strategy, producing high-quality, engaging traditional and digital content that resonates with target audiences, strengthens brand positioning, and drives business results. The ideal candidate will combine general technical understanding of commercial HVAC, creative writing, brand management skills, a think-outside-the-box mentality, and a proven track record in complex B2B environments.
What you will do
- Develop and manage the brand strategy to ensure alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing efforts, including digital, print, social media, events, and more.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring the integrity of the brand message and image is maintained across all internal and external communications.
- Ensure the style and tone of the brand is carried out through all portions of the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the brand鈥檚 positioning and key messaging.
- Create and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, brand identity, and customer needs.
- Manage and contribute to the creation of sales tools such as sell sheets, presentation decks, case studies, frequently asked product questions, and more.
- Create content to support BrainBox AI and our products and solutions including blogs, social media posts, videos, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, ad content, and more.
- Manage editorial calendar and work closely with the creative team to develop high-quality content that engages and informs target audiences.
- Ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and relevant for various platforms, including websites, social media, email, and paid media.
- Oversee the product messaging strategy, including development and ownership of the messaging lexicon, verbiage and terms, and overall messaging framework, while serving as a liaison between the product marketing leader and the marketing team to ensure concise and clear delivery of messages.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure content is integrated effectively across paid, earned, and owned media.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and adjust content strategies based on metrics such as website traffic, social engagement, and lead conversion rates.
- Work closely with design, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all touchpoints.
- Manage external agencies or freelance writers to support content creation as needed.
- Able to work with external partners and clients directly for content development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior content team members, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform content strategies and brand positioning.
- Conduct regular audience research to ensure that the content resonates with key customer segments and provides value.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to brand and content marketing efforts, making recommendations for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content and brand strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in engagement and conversion.
What you will need to be successful
- Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, content marketing, and/or a similar marketing role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies.
- Extremely strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English, with the ability to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience managing people, with the ability to lead 2-3 direct reports.
- Expertise in SEO, content marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, Asana, Miro, and other collaboration tools.
- Experience using AI tools to support work and output.
- Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

- French-English bilingualism is required.
- In addition to fluency in French, successful candidates must have full professional proficiency in English in order to support and collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or various stakeholders.
