The Compensation Intern will gain direct exposure to global compensation strategies and merit-based pay structures, supporting Enviri’s efforts to maintain competitive and equitable compensation programs. This role is ideal for students pursuing Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field who are interested in analytical, strategic, and data-driven HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and execute global compensation programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
  • Support the analysis and implementation of the 2026 Merit process, including salary structure adjustments and merit-based pay decisions.
  • Utilize Excel and PowerPoint to organize and present compensation data, trends, and recommendations.
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking and research to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in additional compensation projects as assigned, gaining exposure to global HR practices and total rewards strategies.
