You always have them in sight.</li><li>You experiment, test, and find creative ways to increase traffic, conversions, and reach.</li></ul><hr><h3>Your Qualifications</h3><ul><li>A degree in marketing, communication, media, or a related field.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and a passion for structured problem-solving.</li><li>You are full of ideas, take initiative, and get bored when nothing moves forward.</li><li>First experience with Google Ads, Analytics, or CMS tools is a plus – if not, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.</li><li>You have strong written and spoken German and English skills.</li></ul><hr><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Creative freedom – your ideas matter and will be heard.
