Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Technical Project Management team focusing on specific regions and/or End Users for international projects

• Responsible for technical project coordination throughout the complete project life-cycle

• Engage in strategic planning and management of the Technical Project Management team

• Ensure timely project quoting with accurate cost basis

• Maintain required technical and quality standards for projects

• Collaborate closely with senior management and engineering teams

• Align project goals with the organization’s broader objectives

• Serve as the technical face to the customer

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including End Users, OEMs, and EPCs

• Enhance collaboration and project success through effective stakeholder management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, natural sciences or business field

• Multiple years experience within the relevant industry (seal, pump, turbomachinery) and good oversight of customer applications (Oil&Gas, power, water, food and pharma)

• Experience in managing a technical team and excellent project management skills

• Know how and experience in the automation and optimization of tasks and processes

• Excellent presentation skills, self-assured and eloquent appearance

• Fluent in English

• Willingness to travel worldwide
