Lead and oversee the Technical Project Management team focusing on specific regions and/or End Users for international projects
Responsible for technical project coordination throughout the complete project life-cycle
Engage in strategic planning and management of the Technical Project Management team
Ensure timely project quoting with accurate cost basis
Maintain required technical and quality standards for projects
Collaborate closely with senior management and engineering teams
Align project goals with the organization鈥檚 broader objectives
Serve as the technical face to the customer
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including End Users, OEMs, and EPCs
Enhance collaboration and project success through effective stakeholder management
Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in engineering, natural sciences or business field
Multiple years experience within the relevant industry (seal, pump, turbomachinery) and good oversight of customer applications (Oil&Gas, power, water, food and pharma)
Experience in managing a technical team and excellent project management skills
Know how and experience in the automation and optimization of tasks and processes
Excellent presentation skills, self-assured and eloquent appearance
Fluent in English
Willingness to travel worldwide
