POSITION SUMMARY:

Solution Sales Manager – North America

We are looking for a dynamic Solution Sales Manager to join our North American Sales team. Based in the USA, this role focuses on selling custom-engineered packaging, loading, and slicing equipment, services, and integrated process lines to the Food industry. You will drive business growth by managing and expanding key accounts, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve order intake targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive strategic growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure beneficial outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Territory Manager – Food and Healthcare Technologies, Service Sales, and Strategic Account Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications

Basic:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field OR 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Proven track record in technical sales, account management, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
  • Must live in assigned territory

Preferred:

  • Experience exceeding sales targets in a defined territory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and SAP C4C.
  • Knowledge of slicing, loading, automation, or packaging technologies is a plus.
