Primary Purpose:

Provide seamless support to APAC OE organization for internal business processes, communication and customer requirement to meet business goals/ objectives

Primary Duties:

  • Business plan update: Work with sales and cross functional team to update and track business plan including sales forecast/ outlook and provide variance analysis to ensure all long term and short term plan being correctly managed and met  
  • Pipeline management: Support pipeline management to track opportunities aligned with strategic plan along with competitive knowledge and market insight
  • Market research and assessment: Provide ad-hoc support/ analysis for market intelligence update, KAMA data update
  • Monthly sales closing / documentation with sales & finance team: Issuing Domestic OE sales invoice & storing raw data, HKMC Autoway notice, KAMA membership management, MAXIMO PR/PO, Warranty claim report, Non-PO(HMMI), Domestic OE actual closing
  • Customer warranty analysis: Collect warranty/ claim data and deliver necessary communication to relevant teams to track and improve warranty performance
  • Business documentation and business process support : Internal document circulation and approval coordination
  • Sample order support: Support account team on on-time customer sample schedule, including customer sample documentation preparation, sample delivery follow up and customer receiving coordination
  • OE daily work support coordination

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
  • Assertive and energetic, able to work under pressure
  • Strong computer competence with skillful MS Office usage
  • Intermediate English language level required
