The Compliance Program Manager, reporting to the Sr Director Compliance in the Legal Department, will develop the compliance programs and initiatives while identifying and mitigating compliance risks and creating strategies for corrective actions. In this new role to the company, they will ensure that the organization's activities comply with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

General Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of programs to ensure completion within the defined scope, time and constraints

• Advise business units and other functions to assess and enhance primary controls

• Monitor and understand evolving regulations and ensure our policies stay aligned with industry standards

• Oversee operational aspects of centralized compliance activities, such as business-partner due diligence

• Leads training tools and communications, fostering a culture of compliance across the organization

• Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational and operational objectives

• Advise on questions from internal and external sources

• Oversee and resolve issues as they arise

Experience / Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands

• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation

• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results

• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers

The ideal candidate will bring best-in-class knowledge from experience with large, multi-national manufacturing companies.

Base Salary Range:

$104,600.00 - $143,770.00
