Job Brief

As the team at Twelve is growing quickly, an exceptional new hire onboarding experience is core to the company’s success. As an Employee Onboarding Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end redesign, planning and implementation of Twelve’s new hire onboarding programs. Your work will have a direct impact on the company’s ability to ramp up and integrate new talent, and play an important role in long-term retention. This role reports to the Head of People at Twelve.

What You Will Do

  • Create and implement Twelve’s employee onboarding programs focused on employee experience, retention and efficiency
  • Optimize programs and processes for a hybrid working environment, with employees in office and remote
  • Partner with the Learning and Development Lead to align learning needs and build learning curriculum for new hires
  • Partner with other G&A functions to streamline and automate onboarding workflows
  • Collect regular feedback from new hires and hiring managers for continuous program improvement

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of experience in People Ops, Talent or Customer Service
  • You are enthusiastic about creating an unforgettable first-day and onboarding experience for every new hire at Twelve
  • You have excellent storytelling skills and passionate about being the brand champion for Twelve
  • You pay high attention to detail, and proactively address issues and employee needs
  • You have superb communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • You have strong organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to handle high volume of onboarding activities
  • You are absolutely customer service-oriented, and excel at working with multiple stakeholders cross-functionally
