Job Brief

As the first Total Rewards Manager at Twelve, you will be building our compensation and  benefits practices from the ground up, aligned with the company’s total rewards philosophy. Your impact will be enabling the team to grow rapidly and efficiently, while maintaining internal pay equity and fairness. You will be working with collaborators across the company. This role reports to the Head of People at Twelve.

What You Will Do

  • Lead Twelve’s total rewards programs, and build policies, processes and communications
  • Perform benchmarking, market research and data analysis to maintain and update Twelve’s compensation practices, job architecture and benefits offerings
  • Execute compensation reviews and promotion cycles, whilst partnering with the people team to ensure consistency and fairness
  • Oversee the company’s benefits programs, and manage employee communication, employee education, and open enrollment
  • Drive and implement changes to existing total rewards programs to stay market competitive
  • Maintain and manage systems including rewards configuration in HRIS and compensation management software (Option Driver)

  • You have nuanced and in-depth understanding and knowledge in compensation and benefits
  • You can communicate effectively with employees and managers, and are passionate about teaching others on compensation fundamentals
  • You have meticulous attention to detail, and are proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • You know how to research sectors or industries new to you, understand the labor market, and gather relevant data for compensation benchmarking
  • You can clearly communicate the goals of new programs, align key stakeholders, gather relevant input, and drive program implementation
  • You are passionate about equitable people practices, and want to ensure rewards opportunities are accessible and inclusive for all employees at Twelve
