In this role, you will develop data-driven solutions to optimize material flows, forecast demand and inventory, and enhance supply chain efficiency using predictive modeling and machine learning.Responsibilities Will Include:<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">Develop predictive models and heuristics for production planning, inventory optimization, and logistics planning</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Build data pipelines and dashboards to track key supply chain KPIs</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Apply machine learning and statistical methods to identify inefficiencies and optimize costs</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Work with cross-functional teams to improve production planning and scheduling. Build an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Take ownership of all aspects including communication, strategy, development and implementation.</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Partner with engineers and ERP developers to integrate analytics into business systems</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Analyze supplier, transportation, and process data to drive insights for better decision-making</li></ul>Desired Qualifications:<ul><li style="font-size:12pt;">3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or supply chain optimization</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Strong programming skills in Python and SQL</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Experience with forecasting, optimization, and machine learning techniques</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Experience with linear programming and integer programming</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes</li><li style="font-size:12pt;">Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders</li></ul> <div>The position is full-time.
