We are Now Hiring a Safety and Training Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ!

Responsibilities:
- Organize & coordinate training programs according to corporate guidelines.
- Host training classes using the instructional materials
- Track attendance and prepare periodic reports.
- Identify health and safety risks and recommend corrective actions to control and limit liability.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections, post-accident, post employee claims, and injury inspections.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing federally mandated Drug and Alcohol testing
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 5+ years of related work experience
- 2+ years of relevant leadership experience
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License with passenger and airbrake endorsements
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Subject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason
