Position: Sr. Project Engineer (Multiple Openings)
Duties:
Research, design, develop, test, and supervise the manufacturing and installation of electrical projects. Prepare electrical engineering estimates, calculations, drawings, designs, specifications, and reports using 2D and 3D CAD and Project Management software. Review and analyze engineering estimates, calculations, drawings, designs, specifications, and reports prepared by others. Solve electronic systems engineering problems, on new and existing equipment. Implement new electronic systems technology, including research of new technology for enhancement of existing systems. Create punch lists for team members, showing final work items to be addressed before project completion. Assure engineering quality specifications are achieved for all services provided on project. Systems integration, including electronics and systems troubleshooting, start-up, and commissioning. Modify electrical/electronic systems for performance improvement, including throughput and cycle time enhancement of existing systems through detailed analysis and reporting. Maintain project schedules. Track progress on all drawings, calculations, specifications, and reports. Coordinate design efforts on projects in conjunction with the Project Manager. Supervising completion, reproduction, and distribution of all bid packages, presentations, and reports.
Location: Various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor – Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Automotive
Engineering, or a related field of study; will accept equivalent foreign degree.
Experience:
Three (3) years in the position above, as a Manufacturing Engineer/Consultant,
System Integrator Manager, Controls/Robotics Coordinator, Automation Service Manager,
or in a related electrical engineering role.
Experience must include each of the following:
1. Manufacturing engineering processes.
2. Developing solutions to process requirements by use of process simulate and plan
simulation available through Siemens software.
3. Communicating proposals and identifying constraints utilizing Factory CAD and
Siemens software, including Process Designer, Process Simulate Advanced Robotics,
and Plant Simulation.
4. 2D and 3D CAD software tools for developing design aspects through the utilization of
software tools, including AutoCAD, NX, Catia, and E-plan.
5. Project management software and scheduling.
