As an ADS Support Technician, you’ll work on the frontlines of autonomous vehicle technology, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the cutting-edge systems that make these vehicles run smoothly. Your role will be hands-on, dynamic, and exciting, with responsibilities that include:

Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Identify and fix issues with hardware and software systems.
Maintenance & Repairs: Conduct maintenance and repairs on automated driving systems, sensors, and compute units to ensure optimal performance.
Testing & Calibration: Test and calibrate sensors, cameras, and components to ensure accurate data collection and system reliability.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of all work performed, from installations to repairs.
Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, software developers, and other technicians to solve technical challenges and improve system performance.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
   
• Experience: 2+ years in automotive technology, electronics, or a related field. Experience with ADS is a plus!
   
• Skills:
   
  • Proficient with diagnostic tools and software for automotive systems.
     
  • Strong understanding of electronics and automotive systems.
     
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
     
  • Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively.
     
• Physical Requirements:
   
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
     
  • Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors and inside vehicles.
     
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25% within Florida and occasionally nationwide).
