We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Mobile & Satellite Operations to support the development, implementation & continuous improvement of Lucid’s Field Service programs portfolio. With a focus on Mobile & Satellite Service operations, you will manage complex projects, drive cross-functional alignment, and engage with our Field Service teams to identify opportunities to enhance & innovate upon the overall performance of our Field Service network.

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection in a fast-paced environment. This role will be based in the US at our Newark, CA Headquarters.
The Role
- Support the existing field service projects portfolio, focused on the development, planning, execution, and monitoring of innovative Mobile & Satellite Service Operations programs.
- Exhibit cross-functional and change management leadership, partnering with internal teams & vendors to ensure the successful implementation and execution of Service programs.
- Leverage both qualitative and quantitative analysis to support a data-driven strategy that supports the development or health of business policies & programs impacting the service organization.
- Engage with Field Service Centers & Satellite network to identify opportunities for program enhancement, new projects, and support operational excellence.
- Support stakeholders and project teams with regular updates on program health, progress, and impact; utilize several communication channels including the preparation of presentations to senior or executive leadership teams.
- Maintain detailed project trackers and critical workstreams to ensure projects are completed on time, driving stakeholder satisfaction.
- Be an advocate for exceptional employee and customer experience by developing, training, and coaching programs that empower our teams to deliver world-class experience.
- Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years relevant experience in program management, project management, continuous improvement, and/or related function.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous Automotive Field Service experience required, preferably with a focus on mobile service.
- Passionate about customer experience, technology, and the future of automotive luxury & sustainable mobility
- Prior experience leading multiple projects on-time and within budget in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment with a tolerance for ambiguity.
- Emotionally intelligent and collaborative team player with demonstrated bias for action and ability to execute at a high level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and/or Tableau experience preferred.
- Proficiency with project planning tools such as SmartSheet, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. Base Pay Range (Annual)
$135,600—$198,880 USD
