Mechanical Engineer Intern (3-month summer internship)

ZeroAvia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineering Intern. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects and gain valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components and systems.
• Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct research and gather data to support engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous internship or project experience in mechanical engineering.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
