As an MLOps Engineer at Quatt, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the infrastructure that enables machine learning models and predictive algorithms to run reliably at scale. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers to streamline model deployment, automate workflows, and ensure models remain accurate and efficient over time. Your expertise in AWS, automation, and MLOps best practices will be instrumental in turning innovative models into production-ready solutions, supporting our mission to revolutionize sustainable home energy solutions.
What you will do:
Develop and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines to automate the deployment, monitoring, and retraining of predictive models and control algorithms.
Ensure models run reliably in production, whether in the cloud, on a schedule, in real-time based on triggers, or deployed to edge devices.
Automate retraining workflows, ensuring models stay accurate as data volume grows and business dynamics evolve.
Optimize model inference pipelines for both cloud-based and edge deployments, balancing performance, efficiency, and resource constraints.
Monitor model performance and data drift, setting up alerts and retraining mechanisms to maintain accuracy and stability over time.
Implement CI/CD workflows for machine learning, enabling seamless updates and version control.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers, standardizing best practices for model deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
What you’ll need:
4+ years of experience in MLOps engineering, with a proven track record in developing and maintaining scalable MLOps pipelines
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with expertise in automating ML workflows.
Strong experience with AWS services for machine learning, data processing and container orchestration (e.g., S3, Lambda, SageMaker, EC2).
Knowledge of cloud-based model deployment and experience deploying models on edge devices or embedded systems.
Understanding of real-time and batch data processing, optimizing models for different environments.
Experience with containerization and orchestration, ensuring efficient deployment and scalability.
Familiarity with CI/CD principles, enabling smooth and reliable model updates.
Problem-solving mindset, optimizing ML pipelines for performance and maintainability.
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, balancing evolving priorities with operational stability.
