Your main responsibilities are

  • Accurate and correct local tax filling, including VAT/WHT/CIT and other local tax.
  • Tax related account reconciliation, follow up and allocations.
  • Ensure proper tax procedures, financial information prepared consistently with high standard in accordance with local purpose
  • Transfer Pricing
    • Responsible for the Transfer Pricing documentation on legal entity level
    • Ensure together with Group Tax team and Business units that the Transfer Pricing template gives the correct view of company’s intercompany transactions
  • Follow-up, communicate and implement the changes in local legislation to reporting processes
  • Participate in tax trainings
  • Participate in tax governance, internal controls and compliance
  • Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Reconciliation
  • Involve in Tax Audit (by Tax Authorities)
  • Involve in Statutory Audit (by External Auditor)

You will shine in this role when you have:

  • SAP and other relevant reporting tools
  • Problem solving & service excellence skills 
  • Local tax laws and principles, including accounting
  • Subject matter expertise on Taxation
  • Statutory accounting and PSAK knowledge
  • In-depth Analytical skills
  • Audit external & internal knowledge
  • Internal Control knowledge
  • Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct
  • Fluent in English
  • Adaptability
  • Innovation
  • Good team work, communication and people interaction
  • Cooperation with different external and internal stakeholders
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Bachelor or Master’s level University education or equivalent
  • Tax Brevet A&B Certificates required(advantage, a good reference to prove qualified)
  • At least 5 years of working experience in financial accounting and taxation
