Role Overview: As a PPC and Paid Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing team to develop and execute effective PPC and paid media campaigns. You will work closely with marketers to understand campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve the best results. Your expertise in ad copy creation, campaign optimization, and performance monitoring will be essential in driving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with marketers to define the best approach for PPC and paid media campaigns, considering objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Ad Copy Creation: Develop compelling ad copy tailored to different target audiences, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance, making data-driven adjustments to bids, keywords, and targeting.
Always-On Campaigns: Craft and continually optimize always-on brand and company-level campaigns, considering keywords for our markets and staying aware of competitor strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign improvements.
Reporting: Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to the marketer in charge, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Provide comprehensive end-of-campaign reports summarizing overall performance and learnings.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and content creators, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in PPC and paid media to ensure campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in PPC and paid media campaign management.
Proficiency in PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (e.g. LinkedIn).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad copy.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
