Impact Analyst- Gurugram, India

Tasks:

• Maintain oversight of ERM Assess (data management system) to ensure the correct set of projects and users is added to the platform on an ongoing basis, following the parameters set out by the ERM Impact Team in agreement with the topic owners (service and technical leaders in ERM).
• Monitor user’s response to the questionnaires and chase data owners to close any gaps
• Do a preliminary QAQC on the data and provide the topic owners with consolidated data sets to verify on a regular basis
• Conduct the first analysis of the impact data on a quarterly basis, feeding into the Impact team and topic owners
• Lead in adding additional impact metrics to ERM Assess, following the parameters agreed with the topic owners and Impact Team
• Prepare data for ERM's impact tracking on a weekly basis and work with the Communications team to update the data across ERM's intranet sites
• Support with identifying, collecting and managing impact case studies across ERM's business
