Responsibilities:

• Direct Reporting: Report directly to the CFO and provide support in Finance & IT and beyond
• Board Support: Assist the FHCS Board of Management by participating in board meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Project Management: Manage projects independently and be ready to tackle special topics at short notice
• Information Flow: Ensure smooth communication to and from the Board, maintaining close contact with regional and corporate functions
• Strategic Support: Support the CFO by participating in change projects and providing an overview of major strategic projects in the finance sector
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Track time-sensitive requests and deliver ad-hoc analyses.
• Event Organization: Lead the organization of (global) events

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Master’s degree with a focus on economics
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience, including international exposure
• Analytical Mindset: Process-oriented with the ability to think and act across disciplines
• Commitment and Organization: Committed, quick comprehension and strong organizational skills
• Interpersonal Skills: Independent, assertive and socially competent with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
