Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Support new employee onboarding and integration.
- Help organize and track training and development programs.
- Provide assistance with employee benefits management (transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, health plans, etc.).
- Assist with organizing and updating employee records and files.
- Support the planning and execution of internal events and employee engagement activities.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Proficiency in English is desirable
