Climate Change Specialist

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in hydrology, climate science, or other relevant discipline. Minimum of 15 years’ overall experience. 
• Minimum of 8 years in climate change assessment and climate risk identification, preferably for transport projects. 
• Experience in preparing ADB climate change assessments including GHG accounting and climate mitigation integration is an advantage. 
• Experience in projects in developing countries funded by international financing institutions is essential. Experience in Papua New Guinea or other developing countries in the Pacific is an advantage.
