The Opportunity

How you´ll make an impact:
Survey Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of risk assessment surveys to relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
Response Collection and Analysis: Gather responses and analyze the data in the risk assessment surveys to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
Actions Follow-Up: Run weekly meetings and coordinate with suppliers to review progress, work through outstanding items, address identified risks, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
Report Findings: Prepare detailed reports regularly on the survey findings and present them to management and other stakeholders.
Documentation: Accurately document and record supplier and internal customer communications and files.
Survey Maintenance and Development: Support maintenance and further development of risk assessment surveys tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its suppliers.
Your Background
Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, risk management, or related customer/application support
Experiences in the area of product regulatory compliance or with electronic and mechanical systems/components are preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or computer science
Personal and professional integrity, high accountability, and say/do ratio
Hands-on experience in utilizing data gathering and visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights
Strong analytical thinking, decision making,g and problem-solving skills
A highly customer-focused mindset and proven success in delighting customer
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation in English, with the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience
An operationally minded individual with marked time management and organization skills.
